Kangoo Fitness: Is This For Real?
Kangoo Jumps is my new love! I became a licensed instructor at the end of last year and started teaching Kangoo Dance Classes at the Greenwood Community Center in January. It has blown my mind how quickly these classes have grown in popularity. It’s exciting to have full classes and people constantly wanting to try it out.
What is Kangoo Jumps, you ask? Well, it’s an intense cardio workout using Kangoo Jumps Rebound Shoes. These shoes are the key because they take 80% of the impact off of your joints and you can actually burn up to 20 calories per minute. It’s like having portable trampolines attached to your feet which allow you to move with more intensity without damage or pain to your hips and knees.
If you’re looking to spice up your fitness routine then it’s time to step out of your comfort zone and into a pair of these rebound shoes! Classes are currently on Monday and Wednesday from 5:45-7:00pm and your first class is absolutely FREE! Rebound shoes are provided, but please keep in mind there are limited sizes and quantities available and classes fill up quickly. Contact me to reserve a spot.
